Internal rules for everyone who works with the FRAUENSCHUH CRM app. Each account confirms them once after signing in, and again when they change.

1. Do not share your accountYour account and your passkey are yours alone. Do not let anyone work under your account, not even briefly.
2. Lock your deviceYour device has a screen lock. Do not leave the app open unattended; sign out on a shared computer.
3. For work onlyUse customer data only for advice, care and service at FRAUENSCHUH. Do not open a record out of curiosity – every view is logged.
4. Do not pass anything onNo screenshots, copies or exports of customer data to private devices, chats or third parties. Delete a work export as soon as it has served its purpose.
5. Respect consentMarketing messages only via channels released in the record, and never against a no. If a customer objects, enter it in the record straight away.
6. Keep notes factualKeep notes factual and respectful – nothing about health, religion, political opinion or similarly personal matters. The customer can request access and will then read them.
7. Report loss at onceDevice lost or suspicion of unauthorised access: inform management at once. Management can block the account and passkeys.
8. Pass on requestsIf a customer wants to know what is stored or asks for erasure, pass it on to management. The reply is due within one month.
